چکیده
Background: Bladder cancer is a common type of urinary system in the world with high morbidity and mortality if not managed optimally. Currently, partial cystectomy has experienced resurgence as less morbid oncologically effective treatment. Here, we appropriately diagnosed surgically treated 5 patients without frozen section reviewed outcome this procedure. Case presentation: The diagnosis was made based on history illness, physical examination, CT-Scan, confirmed by histopathological examination. A performed all cases, which include laparoscopic cystectomy. Based histological found that 4 cases study were adenocarcinoma bladder 1 case urothelial carcinoma cells sarcomatoid variant. Our surgical technique started doing cystoscopy first. We excision tumor lateral margin 1cm around tumor. After resection tumor, closed evaluated capacity bladder, 200cc minimal capacity. Then double layer muscle, fascia, skin, respectively. Follow-up 6 12 months after surgery to observe progression or recurrence There no postoperative complication our case. All had complaints sign progression, recurrence, metastatic sign. Conclusion: been proven be mandatory results significant effect margins. Partial good result improved quality patient life preserved function.

Open Partial Nephrectomy without Ischemia; Case Series
Aims: Renal vascular clamping during partial nephrectomy can lead to renal ischemia and kidney damage due to reperfusion injuries, but a surgical technique without any ischemia can eliminate such unwanted effects on kidney function. The present study aimed to demonstrate the feasibility of partial nephrectomy in conditions where the renal artery is ready to be clamped. Patient Information: In ...
متن کاملRobot-assisted partial cystectomy with intraoperative frozen section examination: Evolution and evaluation of a novel technique.
PURPOSE To describe a novel modification to robot-assisted partial cystectomy (RAPC) that allows for intraoperative surgical margin assessment by bimanual-examination and frozen-section analysis. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 7 patients underwent RAPC at a single tertiary-care institution between 2008 and 2013. The technique evolved over the study-period and permitted real-time intraoperat...
متن کاملA Successful Case of Laparoscopic Partial Cystectomy for Bladder Endometriosis
Endometriosis is defined as the presence of endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) outside the uterus. About 1% of women with endometriosis have urinary tract implantations, and 84% of these cases involve the bladder. Abdominal partial cystectomy has been reported to treat urinary tract implantations, but laparoscopy has not previously been reported in Korea. We report a case of vesical endomet...
